Echo Pro Affiliate Programme Terms

These terms apply to approved participants in the Echo Pro Affiliate Programme. They operate alongside the main Echo Pro Terms and Privacy Notice.

1. Approval and participation

Applying does not guarantee acceptance. Echo Pro may approve, reject, suspend or remove an affiliate where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the programme, or the Echo Pro brand.

2. Referral attribution

Approved affiliates receive a unique referral link. A referral is normally attributed on a first-touch basis for up to 30 days. An existing attributed customer is not reassigned to another affiliate. Self-referrals are not permitted.

3. Qualifying commission

The standard rate is 30% of qualifying Echo Pro subscription payments for up to six months from the referred customer’s first qualifying paid subscription payment. Echo Pro may agree a different rate with an affiliate; the rate shown in the affiliate dashboard is the applicable rate.

Commission is calculated from the amount actually paid on a qualifying Basic, Standard or Pro subscription invoice. Free, failed, unpaid, refunded, disputed, fraudulent or otherwise invalid transactions do not qualify. Where a legitimate discount is used, commission is calculated from the amount actually paid unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

4. Holds, refunds and disputes

Commission remains pending for 30 days before becoming available. If the underlying payment is refunded or disputed before payout, the related commission may be reversed. Echo Pro may also correct duplicate or erroneous commission entries.

5. Payouts

The standard minimum available balance for payout is £25. Approved affiliates must complete Stripe Connect payout onboarding before a payout can be sent. Bank account, IBAN or other supported payout details are collected and stored by Stripe rather than Echo Pro. Payouts are normally processed monthly after review and are subject to Stripe availability, verification and country support. Affiliates are responsible for supplying accurate payout information and for any tax reporting or liabilities that apply to them.

6. Promotion rules

Affiliates must:

  • clearly disclose that they may earn commission from qualifying referrals;
  • use accurate descriptions of Echo Pro and its pricing;
  • avoid misleading, coercive, deceptive or spam-based promotion;
  • avoid bidding on or impersonating Echo Pro brand identities in a misleading way;
  • comply with applicable advertising, consumer-protection and platform rules.

7. Prohibited conduct

Commission may be rejected or reversed for self-referrals, fake accounts, automated signups, stolen payment methods, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, undisclosed incentives, misleading claims, or attempts to manipulate tracking or payout records.

8. Programme changes

Echo Pro may change programme rates, eligibility rules or payout terms for future referrals. Material changes will be reflected in the programme information or affiliate dashboard. Earned and valid commission already recorded will not be removed solely because a future rate changes.

9. Ending participation

Either side may end participation. Valid commission already earned remains subject to the normal hold, fraud review, refund and payout rules. Serious abuse may result in forfeiture of invalid or fraud-linked commission.
