Each feature has a small base cost. Features that read your screenshots add a little more per image, up to a fixed cap.

FAQ

How many credits does each feature use?+

Reply Generator and Coach cost 1 credit per request. Red Flag and Chat Analysis cost 1 credit plus 1 per screenshot (capped at 3). Profile Review costs 2 credits plus 1 per photo (capped at 6). If the AI fails, you're never charged.

Why do some features cost more?+

Costs scale with how much work Echo does for you. A quick reply is 1 credit; a deep multi-image profile review can be up to 6. Every feature has a fixed cap so you always know the maximum before you submit.

Do higher plans unlock more features?+

No — every plan includes full Echo access. Plans only change your monthly credit allowance, AI queue speed and support priority.

Do top-up credits expire?+

No. Top-ups stay on your account until you use them. Monthly plan credits reset every billing cycle.

What gets used first?+

Your monthly plan credits are used first. Once they run out, we draw from any top-up credits.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. Cancel from your billing portal and you'll keep access until the end of the current period.
